Ennistymon Youth Film Club

A new group recently established allowing young people in Ennistymon the opportunity to film and edit their own movies.
Already they have created a successful anti-bullying film named "The Calling Card". The group also made a film for the X-Hale anti-smoking competition ran by the Irish Cancer Society and it came best runner up in the national award ceremony.
 T
he end of February their film ‘The Calling Card’ got through to Ireland’s Young Filmmaker Awards. The film was screened at the Turn Table in Limerick and got through to the next Heats which will be screened in the Odeon in Limerick, taking place the 30th of March results will be on their Facebook page. Huge Achievement.
