Parents Plus Programmes
Parents Plus Programmes are practical evidence-based parenting courses, that support families to communicate effectively, to overcome emotional/ behavioural problems and to create enjoyable and satisfying family relationships.
Generally the programme runs for 8 weeks, 2 hours per week, and concentrates on positive parenting and positive discipline. We offer the Adolescents (11+) Programme twice a year, beginning in September and February and occasionally offer the Early Years (1-6 years) and the Children’s Programme (6-11 years). Cost is €15 per course.
